eMail matching is the process of taking your dealerships sales and service customer database and matching email addresses to them. Effectively we will take your customers physical mailing addresses and “match” that address with their current eMail address. We then eMail your customer to verify that eMail address and ask their permission to include them in special dealership offerings and savings.

How does it work?

A copy of your customer database is sent for eMail Matching. When a match is found, the eMail address is added to your file. We can also match a vast amount of additional information, including; age, income, marital status, presence of children, and much more.

A Welcome eMail is then sent to your new online customers. This eMail introduces the benefits of receiving eMail from your company, and gives them the opportunity to remove themselves if they do not want to be part of your online database.

Best of all, your investment is completely results driven. You are only charged for the number of eMail addresses that we are able to deliver to you after completion of our process…you are not charged for invalid eMail addresses, or for customers who requested to be removed.

Once we have compiled the eMail database it can be utilized in conjunction with other marketing tools such as Direct Mail. By using this Multi Channel marketing approach the response rates increase dramatically.

On average, we are able to provide between 20% and 35% viable eMails from your database.

How am I billed?

You only pay for successfully matched records. There’s no charge for invalid eMail addresses, or for customers who have asked to be omitted.

How are the eMails provided?

A list with customers name and eMail is furnished to you. Then you have an employee “load” the eMail address into your ADP/Reynolds system for future eMail marketing.

Why would you want your database to have eMail addresses?

    Because of our experience with Dealership DMS systems we can access most databases with in 48 hours. Upon extracting the it takes 2 to 3 weeks to complete the eMail Matching process. A Welcome eMail then goes out and asks each customer for permission to send them eMail solicitations. It spells out the benefits of receiving eMail from the dealership, and also clarifies the option of not participating. We recommend that a 5 day opt out period be utilized.

    Our database of over 120 Million Records has been developed through web sites and partnership arrangements with companies nationwide. Our eMail Matching process the most accurate in the country.

    How often should I eMail my customers?

    eMail Matching recommends that you send a minimum of 2 communications a month. A service department offering at the beginning of the month and, one for sales sent out in the middle of the month.
